I bought a set from Performance Hydraulics in Myrtle Beach.
$670 shipped to my door in two days. They look exactly like Mercury tabs, except half the price.

Ask Bill there to be 100%.
I think all you need to do is drill the holes larger to accept the cylinder pin.
