I would not buy a truck that someone else messed with the suspension. It's best to do it yourself. I speak from experience. I have bought 2 lowered vehicles and have had to redo suspension components on both of them. Buy stock; then modify it.

Suburban Dually
I have a 97 Suburban Dually with the vortec 454 in it. It also has a steel cowl hood, Alcoa wheels I use it to pull my 27 Daytona that has twin 502's and you hardly know it's there. Truck looks good black ext with gray cloth int also has the third row seat and dual air. gets alot of attention. it has air helper bags in the rear.
