Default Looking For SBF Heads

Just putting feelers out if anyone has any aftermarket 302 Ford heads laying around. Hopefully putting my 5,0 together this summer and on the fence on swapping out the heads. I don't have a direction on how to build it. I was content with stock, but 300+HP for reasonable price wouldn't hurt either. My head guy says that he can port the E7 to get me to the 300+ but is it really worth the effort with so many aftermarket options.

My friend Ray is Mr. SBF Give him a call, he most likely has something laying around, if not, he can get you whatever you may want.

If I was building a SBF, it would get a set of Jon Kaase heads

I wouldn't waste time porting stock heads.

Try to find a nice set of afr or tw. There are deals out there. I prefer the tw (11r' if you can find/afford them). The tw heads will give you much more valve to piston clearance and work well.

I'm ask around my sbf friends and see if anyone has anything laying around.

Lol, come on guys, this is a budget build.
I talked to my head guy tonight. He said he would look for the numbers when he was porting them for Saleen and Zakspeed. He said he believed they were getting 400HP out of them. But, do let me know what you find laying around.

On a budget build, find an old set of Cleveland heads and make it into a Cleaver! They used to be cheap, but I've been away from street stuff for a number of years
