I thought this brushy area was part of the neighbors place until it was listed back in June for 750k, it didn’t sell till late August. Looks like they’re trying to get something going before winter.

Nice LOT! Where is it? Down the river?
I was just looking at the mileage and Airbnb's for next summer on Pend Orielle. I'd have to take two weeks off to drag the boat up and make it worth it. Water front house....NOT CHEAP to rent. LOL

Yeah it’s a big trip, eats up a lot of time and is over before you know it. Leaving ya with less time to hit other venues. We want to do Northern Michigan and the 1000 islands area of NY but don’t want to give up time here. I’m not working in FL these days but my wife still is. Anyway, I guess it’s a good problem to have.
Got another sunny 10 days coming😎
Chilly in the morning then perfect rest of day.
If this is global warming, I’ll take it.

I always thought these would be fun but not much in Bayview once you get off the boat. Days are long enough to hit Sandpoint for dinner and still make it back to the dock before dark though.

I LOVE the floating houses. I think it’s be super fun for the kids too. Ideally though I’d like to be able to tie the cig up to the front but I don’t think they let people do that. Would have to figure logistics out for docking and what not. Plus it looks a little tight in there. 😬
