Last two trips I’ve come home to FL right after a cold front and seriously had a harder time keeping warm in FL.
For a couple days that is.

What’s going on in Salinas??
A guy I used to grow strawberries for here in FL has farms in Salinas,Santa Maria and Oxnard. His coo of the company said they lost $16 million in the last 2 months. 😳😳
All the carnage is in Salinas.

I actually live Oxnard adjacent (technically in the county).

im sure it has to do with floods and rain. Been getting hit hard and the fields tend to flood.

Yeah I saw where the Salinas river washed out the dike. I don’t remember a river, maybe dry part of the time.

What’s Havasu like in April?

Perfect! Still not super hot. Usually not crazy busy because school is still in. April is a good time in havasu. Just avoid spring break as there's 1,000's of college kids in town going crazy.

I like shops but hate home building. My wife did this one, all I had to have was a heated concrete floor and a real fireplace. It never occurred to me to do anything other than a traditional house/cabin but I really like what your building.

My floor is heated concrete too. Never had this so I'm looking forward to the change and unique look. Your place looks great, and the floor is very nice.
