Lake Pend Oreille Fun Run?

It's gonna be a bit, the sewer district is getting sued left and right for running over capacity, so they currently can't take on more connections, which is the real hamper on development around the north side of the lake. They have money for an upgrade, and have to have it cleaned up by 2028.

I was just looking at the DOT cams on 90 at Lookout Pass and there is some snow but not much. I know it is still early season and precip is coming to the west side of the Cascades at the end of this week so hope it keeps going east and dumps some snow.

Marina at trestle creek would be kinda cool actually. Isn’t there already a small marina behind the storage facility where the trestle creek inn was located? (Miss that place).
I understand from
some family friends in Hope that there’s going to be a fairly large development
on the water in Hope as well. Don’t know the details but that whole area is blowing up.
we’re not selling our place. No plans of that. No plans to do much actually. Just kinda sitting on it. I would love to situate a small cabin within the forestry and near the creek. But that would be after I retire.

Speaking of snow, looks like Trestle has about 24 inches of solid base, and another two feet on the way this weekend. Time to get out and put in some break in miles on the new unit!

My sled is getting some warranty repair work and a few other things done then I'm ready to ride. The house is done and should have all the furniture in the next few weeks so I can actually stay there! And a necessary hot tub for after a day getting myself unstuck.

Anybody ride Timber sleds? I’m sending my ktm 450 out to Priest River this spring for an Utah desert trip in May and local mountain riding. It should make a good snow bike, but I’ve never been on one. Only 50ish hp and not much fuel capacity. Looks fun on the vid’s though.

Never ridden one, but I have been dirt biking for a long time. I have been mountain sledding for 5 years and this will be season 6 so it is still a challenge, and the adrenaline is always there. The power of modern sleds and their ability to go places that nothing else can keeps me addicted.
