I'm working out logistics. I think we'll be able to find something.

I am looking at a VRBO in Laclede for the weekend of the July 24th run. Does anyone familiar with the river know water depth in this area? Is this easily navigable for powerboats that time of year?

I haven't seen anyone mention the floating restaurant in Hope. They probably have the best food on the lake and plenty of dock space. Beyond Hope is a pretty good drink stop with dock space and is great for kids or grandkids. Much like Willow Bay.

Working on the stops now so far I have Dover to Trinity's to Hope to Bayview and end at Bottle bay.
or we can do Dover to (Trinity's or Hope) to Bayview to Bottle Bay and end at Dover.
Any input would be great.
We have 2 of the 5 marinas on board so far. I will start calling later this week to the rest of the marinas/stops

If Willow Bay would get on board, maybe start there and then Trinity to Hope to Bayview to Bottle Bay and end at Dover. A little more space between stops and ending in a nice spot. Just my 2 cents. The run suggested by Hoodoo is a great idea on a beautiful lake. I think by July there will be quite a few boats involved.

I like your route. I’ll try to get in touch with some of the other local guys this week.
Some would probably be launching down river anyway. I like the river, the downside is dodging wakeboard boats but it’s only for a few miles.

Just a thought but you could always do kinda what performance boat center does for the cig rendezvous on LOTO. Break it up to two days. First day, run to a stop for some drinks and snacks. And the. Run to another stop for late lunch. Then do it again to two other locations the second day. You get a little more time and not as rushed as with a typical poker run style schedule. Other option is the way the desert storm poker run used to dine. First day, on Friday would be a nice long run to lunch (havasu springs) then second day (Saturday) was poker run.
maybe just do a long lunch run to bay view Friday. And then do a couple stops on Saturday.
