The further south you go the cheaper property gets. From Kentucky dam to Johnathan creek the prices are outragious. Try something in Calloway County or South Marshall County. Kopperud Realty in Murray has a web site that allows you to search MLS listings by lake propery only. There is a great piece of propery with a tiny cabin on it in Aurora for $113,000.00
