| Selling my 2007 fountain 35 full staggered boat a very hard boat to find. I sure there are less expensive boats out there for sale but not at this level of performance. The 2006 trailer was complete refurbish 4 year's ago paint,wheels and tires,complete brake system replacement brakes, bunks, lights. When all of the upgrades were done we drilled the transom to install the low water pick ups and the intercooler water discharge tubes. The transom was dry with no sign of any problem. I did keep all the drilled plugs for the future owner.
The twin 525hp Mercury racing motors
were completely rebuilt and upgraded along with the complete drive line with only 11 hrs on them 2 years ago. parts replaced as follows. New JE forged pistons and rings, new main and connecting rod bearings, oil pumps,timing chains, new comp cam lifters and roller rockers, 32 new valves and guides, Competition valve job of coarse new valve springs, new engine low water pickup were installed with 2 stage water pumps and intercooler sand filters, 2 new stage 2 whipple kits where installed. we have been a whipple dealer since 1992. New engine couplers were installed with HD SS gimbal rings with SCX upper drive package the lowers are Mercury racing short sportsmasters with 19 tooth vertical shafts and teague marine 1 1/4" propshafts with new 1.35 gear of course . These lowers have been blueprinted by Wilson performance in Fla. big improvement!
The propellers are Mercury Racing CNC 600 33 pitch x 15 5/8 dia. The boat has run 117 mph with 40 gal of fuel and two people in it.
I'm sure it will go faster but i will leave that to the new owner to accomplish.
